Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
